This ALCO Models import is likely a 1960s/ 70s era production manufactured by Kobra Models in South Korea.  A prior owner has given the model a weathered paint and lettering job.  The paint and lettering is not the best just it does certainly look weathered and ragged.  The model has no window glazing installed.
