RETURN POLICY
At overlandhobbies.com we strive to make your shopping experience as
easy and
enjoyable as possible. We do everything we can to assure you get the
merchandise quickly and exactly what you ordered. If for any reason you
are not
satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30
days
under the following guidelines.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please
contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning your
order.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for
insured
shipping back to our warehouse. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the
package arrives,
please REFUSE the delivery. If you discover the item has been damaged
after you
have accepted the page please contact us as soon as possible. Make sure
you
keep all of the packaging material and paperwork with the damaged
product. The
shipping company may need the materials to process the claim. Please do
not
return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize
your claim
and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for return
instructions. We will accept returns and make adjustments accordingly.
Please
also contact us if you receive products that are missing parts. We will
make
sure that you receive the part or we will exchange the merchandise.
