The Union Pacific CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO Dome Lounge car is an active part of the Union Pacific Heritage car fleet.  The COSF Dome is a former end car that has been updated to have a rear end door to allow for the car to be placed anywhere in the train.  The model has a dome interior package but has no lower interior as the cars lower interior furniture is changed out based on its purpose.  Dome interior light not functioning
