The Overland Models General Electric B23-7 has only been out of the box for the images posted here and testing.  The model has been held by a collector that did not display this model.  The B23-7 is modeled after the railroads first order for this class of locomotives accepted by the Southern Railway in 1978.  The prototype lasted in to the early 1980s as Norfolk Southern units.
