The Atlas Master Line ALCO RS-11 is a standard DC model. The Central Vermont #3613 model is factory painted black with red-orange ends and light gray lettering. This model has only been tested for this post and the owner is a collector only. Production announced September 2011 and likely delivered between 2012 or 2013
