This is an early 1980s production from Kumata of Japan and imported by Oriental Limited. The 16-section sleeper is plated but not lettered, has no interior, no seating and no window material. Listed on the label as California Zephyr 16-section sleeper #400 ...this is a CB&Q number/ name.
