The Athearn Ready To Roll PENN CENTRAL SD45 is a standard DC model that has only been collected and not used on a layout. I have track tested the locomotive to make sure the main features work as expected. This production is from around 2012/ 2013. Directional lights are factory installed and truck siderframe brake details included and are for customer installation. No cab windshield wipers were installed by Athearn at this time.
