CONSIGNMENT MODEL- The WalthersPROTO EMD SD45 is factory painted and detailed for SEABOARD SYSTEMS. The locomotive model is standard DC. Model is in very nice condition and appears to have little to no wheel wear. I have tested the unit and found that the lower bulb of the nose mounted headlight is quite dim and may be due to a light tube or a connection issue. I have reduced the price due to this matter
