The Overland Models Union Pacific / GE C41-8W 2-unit set and accompanying LNG Tender is a really neat combination of models. In 1994 the locomotives were converted to burn Natural Gas and mated with the UPT2 LNG Tender. The modifications were completed by General Electric in Erie, PA and spent most...if not all of their lives in this form inside the fences of GE. The OMI brass locomotives are accurately detailed with the LNG modified components and fixtures. In addition both units have commerative plaques applied to the nose sides.
