Consignment Model from ScaleTrains.  The seller is in the process of downsizing and plans for the excursion tenders on his model railroad have changed.  The model is new in the box and has not been used.  History from ScaleTrains website:  Between the time the UP �Big Blow� Turbines were retired during the late 1960s/early 1970s and entering Water Tender service with the steam program in the 1980s, several 24C Tenders were painted MOW silver and repurposed for various duties around the UP system including water storage. The ScaleTrains model is un-numbered without location markings and include silver trucks.
